Job summary

Calumet in the United States is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to ensure daily receipts are entered in SAP and crude leases are accurate. This role interfaces with on-site and offsite teams and reports to the Shipping/Receiving Manager.

Responsibilities include calculating railcar loads, updating lease data for correct billing, routing and billing railcars, preparing Rail Switch List, and processing SAP entries. Must have HS diploma and strong Excel/SAP skills.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in SAP System.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Calculate railcar loads to meet weight limits.
• Maintain Crude Lease data for accurate billing.
• Route and bill railcars using shipment and weight data.
• Prepare and send Rail Switch List daily.
• Enter totals in Feedstock report and SAP.
• Run SAP totals and verify accuracy.
• Create deliveries for Gas Oil loads.
• Coordinate with Rail, Trucking and internal/external teams.
