Job summary

Samaritan's Purse is seeking an Inventory Coordinator for the International Projects team in North Wilkesboro, NC. The role focuses on maintaining precise inventory records for the Emergency Field Hospital, International Disaster Relief, Cleft & Cataract, and Emergency Water Response programs, including receiving, labeling, put-away, and picking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3–5 years of related work experience.
• General knowledge of inventory management processes.
• Ability to receive and communicate verbal and written directions.
• Ability to acquire and maintain DOT Medical Examiners Certificate.
• Previous forklift operation experience and familiarity with warehouse/inventory systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain precise inventory records and transactions for multiple programs.
• Perform location consolidations, weekly cycle counts, and assist with annual physical inventory.
• Manage delivery and put-away between main campus and EWR warehouse; support product readiness for projects.
• Follow all policies, remain adaptable to other duties, and model integrity.
