• Perform cycle and security counts and adjust inventory as needed.
• Prepare purchase orders for product purchasing or special orders.
• Assist with periodic physical inventory audits.
• Help ensure store personnel follow selling processes.
• Maintain inventory and merchandising guidelines.
• Review product tagging and signage for accuracy.
• Assist customers with complaints and escalate when needed.
• Operate forklift when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
