Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Forklift operator certification is required.
• On-the-job training completing levels 1 and 2 is required.
• Excellent communication and basic math skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming product shipments by counting and verifying against invoices.
• Enters receiving information in MAC21 to maintain inventory records.
• Audits inventory information and maintains stock levels.
• Conducts cycle counts and makes adjustments per guidelines.
• Prepares purchase orders for product purchasing or locating new items.
• Assists with periodic physical inventory audits.
• Supports accurate tagging, signage, and merchandising.
• Assists customers with complaints as needed.
