Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Store Inventory Coordinator in League City, TX to receive and process product inventory, audit records, and review movement to help meet store financial goals.

You will count incoming shipments, enter data into MAC21, conduct cycle counts, prepare purchase orders, and assist with audits. Proficiency in Office and related software, forklift operation, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift operator certification required.
• On-the-job training completed (levels 1 and 2).

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify shipments against invoices.
• Enter receiving data in MAC21 to maintain records.
• Audit inventory records and adjust as needed.
• Prepare purchase orders or locate new products.
• Assist with inventory audits and cycles.
• Maintain merchandising displays and tagging.
• Assist customers with complaints and escalate when needed.
• Operate forklift when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
