Job summary

Fleet Feet is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage receiving, stocking, and outbound shipments in our store. You will ensure inventory accuracy in the POS, process returns with vendors, and support online order fulfillment for curbside pickup or home delivery.

This role requires a flexible schedule, basic MS Office skills, and strong math, communication, and teamwork to maintain shelves and satisfy customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Professional and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong mathematical skills required for inventory accuracy.
• Ability to lift and move inventory up to 30 lbs as needed.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• Collaborative and customer-centric approach to service.
• Willing to go above and beyond when needed.
• Professional communication with customers and team.
• Support all Fleet Feet initiatives and functions.

Responsibilities

• Receive all products into the store POS system and manage outgoing shipments.
• Ensure inventory is received and stocked in a timely manner.
• Work with vendors to process returns and create Return Authorizations (RA).
• Complete cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
• Assist with stocking inventory on the sales floor.
• Fulfill online orders and prepare for curbside pickup or home delivery.
