Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Inventory Management Coordinator in Tampa to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure accurate cycle counts. You will generate reports, investigate variances, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues affecting inventory movement and costs.

The role requires 2-4 years in inventory roles, strong communication skills, and familiarity with SAP/ECC and MS Office. Overtime may be required; the team supports inclusive, safety-focused practices.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in inventory or returns workflow.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently and in teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office and inventory systems such as SAP/ECC.
• Willingness to learn to operate material handling equipment and rotate through warehouse areas.
• Ability to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels continually and run reports to analyze product movement and expiration data.
• Conduct daily cycle counts to maintain accuracy goals.
• Evaluate discrepancies and enter issues into database for resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis with cross functional teams.
• Research and reconcile daily inventory variances and prepare reports.
• Contact manufacturers to identify issues and escalate as needed.
• Monitor expired product, returns and transfers; perform additional inventory tasks.
