Job summary

BSA Health System in Amarillo, TX seeks a day-shift, full-time Dietary Inventory Coordinator to manage hospital food, beverage and supply inventory for the Dietary Department. This role supports patient meal service and inventory control in a busy hospital setting.

You will ensure accurate inventory control, maintain food safety standards, and collaborate with purchasing, receiving, and kitchen staff to keep operations efficient and compliant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of inventory, purchasing, or food service experience.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Experience in a hospital or healthcare dietary setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage food, beverage, and supply inventory for the hospital’s Dietary Department.
• Ensure accurate inventory control, support patient meal services, maintain compliance with food safety standards, and optimize stock levels to reduce waste and control costs.
