Qualifications

• 1–3 years of inventory, purchasing, or food service experience.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Experience in a hospital or healthcare dietary setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage food, beverage, and supply inventory for the hospital’s Dietary Department.
• Ensure accurate inventory control, support patient meal services, maintain compliance with food safety standards, and optimize stock levels to reduce waste and control costs.
• Collaborate with purchasing, receiving, and kitchen staff to support efficient and compliant food service operations in a healthcare environment.
