Job summary

3M Indianapolis is seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator - Inventory to manage cycle counts, physical inventories, and reporting accuracy. You will work with site teams and external inventory processes to ensure precise counts and timely updates.

Starting rate is $26.13/hr with shift differential where applicable. Benefits begin day one and include medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and stock discounts. Eligible employees may participate in 401(k) matching and other programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or higher.
• 6–12 months of related work experience in manufacturing or similar setting.
• Flexible to work schedules, shifts, overtime, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct cycle counts, physical inventories, and other inventory-related processes.
• Perform on-site cycle counts and physical inventory counts.
• Assist with physical counts of outsourced inventories.
• Execute virtual transactions for outsourced inventories.
• Partner with site employees to ensure proper counting methods and reporting practices.
