Job summary

Christie’s is seeking an Inventory Coordinator (Temporary, 12 months) to support the Logistics team across NY/NJ warehouses. You will review aged inventory, assist with reporting and reconciliations, and coordinate transfers while maintaining data integrity in Christie’s systems.

You will collaborate with Inventory, Logistics and Post Sale teams, resolve system discrepancies, and handle ad hoc data requests with a proactive, detail‑driven approach.

Qualifications

• Excellent IT skills with Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn Christie’s systems Tableau and JDE.
• Strong organization and ability to multi‑task and prioritize.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and planning skills.
• Proven time and task management and professional collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Review aged inventory across NY and NJ warehouse locations.
• Assist with inventory reporting and reconciliations.
• Support IT issues, data integrity, and retagging/audits as needed.
• Coordinate transfers of inventory to clients or third parties; report progress.
• Collaborate with Logistics and Post Sale to resolve system discrepancies.
• Handle ad hoc inventory requests and data cleansing with Inventory Analyst.
