Job summary

Baseline Employerco Llc is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to support the Operations team by distributing inventory and ensuring timely procurement of parts. You will help technicians and field personnel have the tools and supplies needed.

You will monitor inventory levels, receive shipments, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate records in our inventory management system. A high school diploma and strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills including MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; associate/technical training preferred.
• Experience with mechanical or field service inventory is strongly preferred.
• Ability to enforce strict inventory control measures.
• Ability to lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs; work from heights.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure timely availability of materials without overstocking.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory shipments; ensure accuracy against POs.
• Track and reconcile inventory discrepancies, working closely with warehouse and field teams.
• Maintain detailed and accurate inventory records in the inventory management system.
• Assist with monthly and periodic cycle counts, audits, and physical stock reconciliations.
• Support documentation for purchase transactions and inventory usage, including logs.
• Communicate supply needs with internal departments and escalate shortages to leadership.
• Contribute to process improvements within purchasing and inventory functions.
• Ensure technicians and mechanics are equipped with inventory and tools to complete work.
• Support day-to-day shop activities, coordinating inventory with Operations Manager and Supervisors.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and stakeholders.

Position Overview:The Inventory Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Operations team by distribution of inventory and materials. This role ensures timely procurement of essential parts and services while maintaining accurate inventory records.
