Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Specialist to ensure ongoing accuracy of inventory within a Medline distribution center. You will conduct cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and make adjustments in SAP or Catalyst to correct minor financial errors.

The role requires SAP experience, warehouse management familiarity, and the ability to operate material handling equipment. A High School diploma and 2 years of inventory experience are expected.

• 2 years inventory experience in a warehouse/distribution center.
• Experience with SAP inventory transactions and enterprise/warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

Prior experience with SAP inventory transactions and expertise with enterprise/warehouse management systems.Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:Intermediate skill level in SAP.Proficient skill in Microsoft OfficeIntermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).Ability to take direction, implement changes and adapt to changing business environment.Analytical and problem solving skillsPhysical Requirements:Lift up to 60 pounds. Sit, walk or stand for prolong periods of time. Display specific vision abilities including, close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision and ability to adjust focus. Ability to work in hot and cold environments, (32F – 95F). Ability to encompass heights.
