Job summary

Clean Harbors, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Coordinator in Richmond, CA to support daily shipping and receiving operations, maintain inventory records, manage documentation, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while assisting with administrative tasks. This role is on first shift, 06:00 am - 03:30 pm (Mon-Fri).

Location: 801 Wharf Street, Richmond, CA 94804, USA. Pay is $26/hr with benefits including health coverage after 30 days, 401K matching, stock purchase plan, PTO, tuition

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ Years of related experience.
• Strong experience of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Team and Word).
• Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Health and Safety is the #1 goal by following policies and acting safely at all times.
• Performs daily shipping tasks including drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations, and offloading trucks.
• Prepares all outbound shipments for final destination: Bar coded, Weights, Palletize.
• Coordinates loads between hubs, plants, and central logistics; dispatches transportation from hubs.
• Maintains Hub Database Outlook - Hub Management and ensures proper DOT exemptions are utilized for transfers.
• Reports and assists on issues at hub facilities such as leaks or safety concerns.
• May be assigned additional duties as needed by management.

Pay: $26/Hr.

1st Shift - 06:00 am - 03:30pm (Mon-Fri)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times;
• Performs daily tasks of drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations, and offloading trucks;
• Completes and submits all associated paperwork as required for waste tracking movements, able to use scanning application.
• Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management.
• Prepares all outbound shipments for final destination: Bar coded, Weights, Palletize.
• Coordinates loads between hubs, plants, and central logistics. Ensures transportation efficiency and maintain compliance with storage permits. Dispatches transportation from hubs, maximizing our trailer weights.
• Assists on tracking of manifest return timelines.
• Maintains Hub Database Outlook - Hub Management.
• Assures proper DOT exemptions are utilized for proper transfer and management of TTT containers prior to departure from facility.
• Report and assist on any issues that may occur at the hub facility, such as: leaks, releases to the Health & Safety Manager or Compliance Manager immediately.
• May be assigned additional duties not listed above based on business needs.
