Job summary

Stocks and manages supply inventory levels within assigned clinical departments and serves as the primary liaison between the Distribution & Logistics team and clinical staff to support ongoing operational needs. Maintains essential records and documentation, including requisition dates, delivery verification, invoice price confirmation, back-order status, and implant pricing. Ensures accurate tracking and reporting of supply chain data, including back orders, manufacturer numbers, expiration dates, product recalls, and lot numbers, to support compliance and inventory integrity. Supports the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the two-bin Kanban inventory system and maintains all required documentation for accurate requisitioning and inventory replenishment.
