Job summary

Lionstone International is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage accuracy, availability, and performance of wine and gift inventory across three warehouse locations nationwide.

You will partner with the Manager of Supply Chain, third-party logistics providers, and cross-functional teams to drive inventory accuracy, monitor stock levels, analyze trends, and resolve issues impacting customer experience or business performance.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma;Higher education a plus
  • Experience with WMS/ERP/Database tools;Proficient in Microsoft Excel;Strong analytical and mathematical skills;Excellent planning, organization and time management;Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication;Collaborative, team-oriented approach;Ability to learn new data analysis, reporting and forecasting tools;Adaptable to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily production to ensure no order is left behind
  • Management of stock transactions (failed/volume/cost)
  • Support daily production to identify shortages and solve issues to reduce impact to customer
  • Run Packaging and Premium daily report and process required orders to ensure no breaks in supply
  • Communicate daily prepacking/engraving tasks to inventory team
  • Report on Inventory health to minimize obsolescence
  • Identify current inventory issues by using reporting and analysis to drive change
  • Inventory forecasting & accuracy

Job description

We're seeking a quick learner with the ability to master new systems, processes, and technologies in a fast-paced environment to join us asan Inventory Coordinator. This role will play a vital role in managing the accuracy, availability, and performance of our wine and gift inventory across three warehouse locations nationwide.


In this role, you'll partner closely with the Manager of Supply Chain and Systems, third-party logistics providers, and cross-functional teams to ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time. You'll help drive inventory accuracy, monitor stock levels, analyze inventory trends, and proactively resolve issues that could impact customer experience or business performance.


As a key member of the supply chain team, you'll contribute directly to business growth by improving inventory processes, reducing stock loss, supporting service level performance, and helping the organization meet critical availability and fulfillment goals. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support daily production to ensure no order is left behind


  • Management of stock transactions (failed/volume/cost)

  • Support Daily production to identify shortages and solve issues to reduce impact to customer

  • Run Packaging and Premium daily report and process required orders to ensure no breaks in supply

  • Communicate daily prepacking/engraving tasks to inventory team


Report on Inventory health to minimize obsolescence


  • Identify expiring and old inventory SKUs via monthly process

  • SKU turn and lifecycle monitoring

  • Old items clean up and destruction coordination


Identify current inventory issues by using reporting and analysis to drive change


  • Inventory forecasting & accuracy

  • Transaction analysis

  • Inventory Shrink

  • Month end process

  • Proactive analysis of inventory issues

  • Inventory reporting


Support and develop internal and external relationships

QUALIFICATIONS


  • High School Diploma

  • Higher education a plus

  • Experience working with WMS/ ERP/ Database tools, a plus

  • Supply Chain and/or Inventory experience, preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and process improvement.

  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills with the ability to interpret inventory and business data.

  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.

  • Experience with, or ability to quickly learn, data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.

  • Adaptable and responsive to changing business needs and priorities.

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
