Labcorp is seeking an Inventory Coordinator in Milwaukee, WI to support daily stock accuracy, receive deliveries, and maintain inventory systems in a fast-paced laboratory environment.

The role is Monday–Friday, with no weekends, and involves lifting up to 50 lbs while coordinating with staff to ensure supplies are available. A high school diploma and some inventory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years or more of inventory, purchasing and cycle counts experience in a hospital lab setting.
  • 2 years or more of warehouse or stockroom experience.
  • Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory control and performing physical inventory.
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect and verify deliveries from packing slips and purchase orders.
  • Ensure all workstations are properly stocked on a daily basis.
  • Restock unused supplies or return to main warehouse.
  • Monitor and distribute lab coats to staff as required.
  • Receive and process stock into inventory management system; maintain a clean, organized stockroom.
  • Maintain inventory control according to company standards.
  • Participate in scheduled cycle counts and full physical inventory.

LabCorp is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our team in Milwaukee, WI

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 9:00am (start time) and 4:00pm - 5:00pm (end time) No Weekends.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect and verify deliveries from packing slips and purchase orders

Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
