Job summary

Spirit of Gallo is seeking an Inventory Coordinator for the Four Roses Visitor Center to ensure smooth inventory flow, proper storage, and accurate record-keeping. A Taste of What You'll Do

As an Inventory Coordinator at Four Roses, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, supplies, and materials across Four Roses Visitor Center locations. You'll support receiving, shipping, inventory organization, location transfers, and retail inventory management while maintaining accurate records, pricing, tagging, and documentation in accordance with Four Roses standards.

In this hands-on role, you'll partner closely with the Retail Buyer Specialist, Visitor Center teams, Yards and Grounds, and other departments to support inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and operational efficiency. You will help maintain clean, organized storage locations, complete inventory audits and cycle counts, process transfers, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

You’ll also support daily retail operations, seasonal and holiday setups, events, promotions, e-commerce fulfillment, and bottle engraving activities. From organizing event materials and retail displays to transporting supplies and bourbon inventory between locations, you’ll help create exceptional experiences for guests and team members alike.

What You’ll Need
  • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 1 year of inventory, display, warehouse or merchandising experience.
  • Required to be 21 years of age or older.
  • Required to travel by automobile up to 10% during the course of business.
  • Required to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Complete STAR training and follow responsibility practices without exception.
  • Required to have open availability and work an average of 40 hours per week unless otherwise needed or agreed upon.
  • Required to work a primarily Monday through Friday schedule with occasional weekend exceptions, extended hours, special projects, or events based on business need.
  • Experience in retail, shipping, receiving, inventory, warehouse support, or comparable operations.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.
  • Experience adapting to Point of Sale, reservation, and inventory management systems.
  • Experience organizing, handling, and tracking multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, collaboration, organization, attendance, and punctuality skills.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How You’ll Stand Out
  • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 3 year of inventory, display, warehouse or merchandising experience.
  • Experience in retail shipping or receiving.
  • Experience driving and transporting commercial goods.
  • Experience with Point of Sale or inventory system functionality and terminology.

  • We offer a broad salary range to allow for long-term growth. Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participate in tasting room tip pools, as applicable.
  • This position will be based in the location(s) specified in the job posting and requires working on-site with no telecommuting option. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance.
