Join Four Roses and play a key role in shaping the quality, consistency, and innovation of our award-winning bourbon portfolio. In this position, you will lead sensory panel activities, manage sensory data, and support the development of programs that help ensure product excellence across our distillery operations. Through organoleptic evaluations, barrel approvals, and formulation support, you will contribute directly to maintaining the character and integrity of our brands.
You will partner closely with the Master Distiller, Liquid Inventory Manager, Operations, Quality, and Senior Fermentation Scientist to support product formulation, inventory management, maturation programs, and liquid development initiatives. Your work will help drive informed decisions related to barrel quality, blending, forecasting, and inventory allocation while maintaining accurate records and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
This role also provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to product innovation. You will participate in experimental trials, track analytical and sensory results, document findings, and collaborate across teams to evaluate new ideas and technologies. Success in this role requires a strong scientific mindset, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for sensory evaluation, quality, and continuous learning. You will be expected to demonstrate ownership, accountability, initiative, and a commitment to food safety, product quality, and innovation.
