PepsiCo Supply Chain in the United States is seeking a SC Coordinator to oversee inventory control activities, reconcile counts, and process bills of lading, purchases, and transfers. This role supports Pepsi Beverages North America through precise inventory management and coordination across facilities.

Ideal candidates will have a HS Diploma, one year of production experience, and familiarity with inventory software and MS Office (Excel).

Qualificações

  • HS Diploma required.
  • One-year production experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in an Inventory Control function/computerized environment preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products; specifically, Excel, SAP.

Responsabilidades

  • Reconcile inventory for the warehouse.
  • Analyze daily/weekly/period end counts and generate reports.
  • Troubleshoot inventory variances as required.
  • Enter bills of lading, purchases and transfers.
  • Weekly balancing of transfers in/out of other facilities.
  • Lead period close process per GCS standards.
  • Monitor day supply and replenish product to meet needs.

Responsibilities

The SC Coordinator contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages North America by coordinating materials, inventory counting and weekly reconciliation of variances and entering bills of lading, purchase and transfers.


Key Responsibilities include:



  • Reconcile inventory for the warehouse.

  • Analyze daily, weekly, and period end inventory counts and generate period end reports

  • Troubleshoot inventory variances as required

  • Enter bills of lading, purchases and transfers

  • Weekly balancing of transfers in/out of other facilities

  • Lead period close process consistent with GCS control standards

  • Monitor day supply and replenish product to meet daily inventory activity needs


Compensation and Benefits:



  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $43,500 - $69,400.

  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities:



  • HS Diploma required

  • One-year production experience, preferred

  • Previous experience in an Inventory Control function/computerized environment preferred

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products; specifically, Excel, SAP

  • Ability to work weekends as required to complete period end cleaning requirements
