Job summary

PepsiCo Beverages North America seeks an Inventory Control Coordinator to coordinate materials, inventory counting and weekly reconciliation of variances, and to enter bills of lading, purchases, and transfers.

You will reconcile warehouse inventory, analyze counts, troubleshoot variances, monitor day supply and support period-end closing per GCS standards. Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits; weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma required
  • One-year production experience, preferred
  • Previous experience in an Inventory Control function/computerized environment preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products; specifically, Excel, SAP
  • Ability to work weekends as required to complete period end cleaning requirements

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile inventory for the warehouse.
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and period end inventory counts and generate period end reports
  • Troubleshoot inventory variances as required
  • Enter bills of lading, purchases and transfers
  • Weekly balancing of transfers in/out of other facilities

Responsibilities

The SC Coordinator contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages North America by coordinating materials, inventory counting and weekly reconciliation of variances and entering bills of lading, purchase and transfers.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Reconcile inventory for the warehouse.
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and period end inventory counts and generate period end reports
  • Troubleshoot inventory variances as required
  • Enter bills of lading, purchases and transfers
  • Weekly balancing of transfers in/out of other facilities
  • Lead period close process consistent with GCS control standards
  • Monitor day supply and replenish product to meet daily inventory activity needs
Compensation and Benefits:
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $43,500 - $69,400.

  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
