Job summary

Sentryusa in Watertown, SD seeks an Inventory Controller to improve and maintain inventory across departments while fostering a clean, safe, and efficient work environment for our Operational teams.

You will handle material purchasing, own and maintain on-hand quantities, and apply 5S practices to sort, simplify, shine, standardize, and sustain a safe workplace. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control and purchasing within a manufacturing or operations environment.
• Familiarity with maintaining accurate inventory records and locations.
• Ability to apply 5S principles to workplace organization and safety.

• Effectively purchasing material for various departments to support their projects through cost negotiations & on-time-delivery of goods
• Owning and Maintaining the on hand amounts in inventory

Primary Duties

The goal of Inventory Controller is to improve and maintain inventory across multiple departments while creating and supporting a clean, safe, and efficient work environment to ensure the success of Sentry’s various Operational teams.
