Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. seeks an Inventory Specialist Operator to manage warehouse activity, ensure accurate entry, and coordinate with Warehouse and Patient Management systems. The role supports timely product supply to Murray patient base within a dynamic distribution center environment.

Responsibilities include receiving and counting inventory, processing returns, assisting with invoicing, and maintaining system accuracy. Forklift operation and teamwork are essential in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal.
• Forklift certification preferred; experience operating sit-down/stand-up forklifts is a plus.
• Prior warehouse/inventory experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive, enter, and put away inventory accurately and timely.
• Process and document product returns per established procedures.
• Assist in processing invoices and coordinating with teams.
• Maintain inventory system accuracy between physical counts and WMS data.
• Operate forklift to support inventory needs and safe movement of goods.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and ensure orderly workflow to pick-pack-ship line.
