Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years in inventory control or warehouse management.
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS and SAP; Excel/Word skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control inventory of materials and components.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels to meet production schedules.
• Oversee receiving, inspection, and storage of materials.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
• Record inventory transactions using SAP or ERP software.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with material prep per work orders.
• Collaborate with suppliers, purchasing, and production teams.
• Maintain safe, organized warehouse operations; follow safety protocols.
