Job summary

Namely in North Carolina is seeking a detail‑oriented Warehouse Inventory Specialist to support loading/unloading, cycle counting, and shipping/receiving with accuracy. You will collaborate with production and other departments to resolve discrepancies, ensure timeliness, and maintain ERP‑driven inventory processes, while leveraging Microsoft Office and Google Suites for reporting and data management.

Experience with manufacturing ERP is a plus, and familiarity with Oracle ERP is beneficial,

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites.
• Strong time management skills.
• Manufacturing ERP experience a plus.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general warehouse functions including loading and unloading trailers.
• Support inventory processes: cycle counting, scrap, return to vendor; shipping and receiving; picking and issuing material; miscellaneous transactions; inventory prep and reporting.
• Provide support to production and warehouse facilities to resolve discrepancies and ensure timeliness and accuracy of inventory processes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Assist with general warehouse functions including loading and unloading trailers
• Support systems involved with the main inventory process
  • Cycle counting, scrap, return to vendor
  • Shipping and Receiving-internal and external
  • Picking and issuing material
  • Miscellaneous transactions
  • Monthly and year end inventory prep and reporting
  • Slow moving/obsolete inventory disposition
  • Plant shipping processes in the WMS system
• Provide support to production and warehouse facilities to resolve discrepancies, address timeliness and accuracy of inventory processes.
• EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
• Oracle ERP knowledge a plus
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
• Must work well with other departments
• Attention to detail and accuracy
