Job summary

OFS in Archdale, NC seeks a detail-oriented warehouse associate to support inbound/outbound operations and inventory processes. You will assist with loading/unloading, cycle counts, shipping/receiving, picking and issuing material, and daily ERP/WMS coordination.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Applicants should have an associate degree or equivalent experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites, and the ability to collaborate with other

Responsibilities

• Assist with general warehouse functions including loading and unloading trailers.
• Support inventory processes: cycle counting, scrap, return to vendor.
• Shipping and receiving - internal and external; picking and issuing material.
• Monthly and year-end inventory prep and reporting; slow-moving inventory disposition.
• Provide production and warehouse support to resolve discrepancies in inventory processes.

Job description

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Assist with general warehouse functions including loading and unloading trailers
• Support systems involved with the main inventory process
  • Cycle counting, scrap, return to vendor
  • Shipping and Receiving-internal and external
  • Picking and issuing material
  • Miscellaneous transactions
  • Monthly and year end inventory prep and reporting
  • Slow moving/obsolete inventory disposition
  • Plant shipping processes in the WMS system
• Provide support to production and warehouse facilities to resolve discrepancies, address timeliness and accuracy of inventory processes.
• EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
• Oracle ERP knowledge a plus
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
• Must work well with other departments
• Attention to detail and accuracy
