Triad Electronic is seeking an Inventory Control professional to manage stock, labeling, and order fulfillment in our Phoenix, AZ facility. The role involves monitoring workload, ensuring accurate counts of material, kitted items, and finished goods, and supporting shipping activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, English literacy, and reliable communication via email and phone. Ability to lift 20 pounds and endure standing/sitting during shifts is required.

Responsabilidades

• Control and monitor inventory using established processes and the ERP system.
• Maintain accurate counts for unassigned, kitted, and finished goods.
• Label materials during receiving and escalate non-conformances as needed.
• Create kitting issue/picklists and support job kitting according to schedule.
• Keep stockroom organized and clean; fulfill internal consumable requests.

Descripción del empleo

The focus of this position is Inventory Control, to include shipping, receiving, finished

goods receipt and job kitting. Some employees may not be trained in all activities and

responsibilities differ based on level of position.

Perform control of inventory.

• Monitor Inventory workcenter report for workload and to set daily schedule.
• Maintain inventory count accuracy of unassigned material, kitted material and finished goods using set processes and procedures in conjunction with the ERP system.
• Perform accurate labeling and identification of material during receiving and identify non-conformances for escalation.
• Create kitting ‘issue/picklists’ for Inventory personnel to assist with the job kitting process; assist in job kitting as schedule dictates.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom.
• Fulfill consumable material requests for internal customers.

Perform shipping/receiving.

• Review Available to Ship report daily to determine late, now due and early shipment demands.
• Pull, audit and prepare shipments according to industry and customer requirements.
• Complete daily shipping requirements using varied carrier providers.
• Create shipment paperwork and record daily outputs.

Required Skills/Experience/Education:
