Job summary

OFS Brands is seeking an inventory-focused professional in Archdale, NC to manage inventory accuracy across production and warehouse areas. You will handle slow-moving and obsolete inventory, conduct physical inventories, and prepare month-end reports while auditing core processes.

Responsibilities

• Project involvement in production, warehouse, supply chain, and engineering.
• Manage inventory accuracy: slow-moving/obsolete disposition.
• Perform physical inventory and month-end prep/reporting.
• Audit main inventory processes and system transactions.
• Maintain written procedures for main inventory processes.
• Support production and warehouse to resolve discrepancies, timeliness and accuracy.

Job description

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Project based involvement in areas of production, warehouse, supply chain, and engineering.
• Manage inventory accuracy of the following:
  • Slow moving/obsolete inventory disposition
  • Physical inventory
  • Month end inventory prep and reporting
  • Audit system for all main inventory processes –transactions, cycle counting, etc.
• Maintain accurate written procedures for main inventory processes
• Provide support to production and warehouse facilities to resolve discrepancies, address timeliness and accuracy of inventory processes.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
• Must work well with other departments
• Attention to detail and accuracy
