You will perform daily cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and propose process improvements, reporting to the Inventory Control Supervisor at our Everett headquarters. Ideal candidates have experience in inventory control or warehouse operations, familiarity with WMS/ERP/MES and Excel, and strong analytical problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Proficiency with inventory systems (WMS/ERP/MES) and Excel.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and root-cause investigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts across assigned warehouse areas.
• Research, document, and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Submit completed counts, findings, and recommendations to Inventory Control Manager.
• Identify root causes of inventory variances and recurring issues.
• Support inventory workflow optimization and warehouse defragmentation efforts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Assist with audits and annual physical inventory counts.
