Good Day Farm is seeking an Inventory Control Tech II to support the inventory team and bridge daily execution with leadership. The role involves mentoring junior staff, vendor coordination, and enhancing warehouse organization while operating with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, MHE operation, and ensuring transaction integrity. The candidate will deliver materials, train new staff, and assist with on-site supplier visits as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of inventory experience.
• Experience with data entry and inventory software (e.g., Excel, Monday Boards).
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and operate MHE.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload items from delivery trucks in a timely and organized manner.
• Document received items using inventory platforms such as Monday Boards.
• Store finished goods and packaging material in a clean, orderly fashion.
• Safely operate material handling equipment (MHE), including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations and mentor junior staff.
• Conduct local deliveries and pickups using company vehicles.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate suggestions.
