Ben E. Keith Company in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Team Lead Inventory Control to supervise the returns crew and ensure stock accuracy across the warehouse. You will analyze product data, generate reports, and support the Inventory Control Supervisor to optimize operations.

The role requires warehouse experience, leadership ability, attention to detail, and strong communication. Experience with FDA/USDA guidelines and RF systems is preferred in a fast-paced distribution setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of warehouse experience required.
• Minimum one year of leadership experience preferred.
• Food service industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of FDA and USDA guidelines.
• Data entry (10-key by touch) skills required.
• Able to operate RF equipment and learn internal applications.
• Strong communication and organization capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assigns, directs, and monitors the work of the returns crew.
• Supervise inventory control to ensure stock availability.
• Produce and analyze product reports and perform admin duties.
• Assist Inventory Control Supervisor as needed.
• Ensure associates perform assigned duties and provide feedback.
