Job summary

Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center and Veterans Community Living Center is seeking a Material Stock Handler/inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory, assist with ordering and distribution, and maintain accurate procurement records. The role involves receiving goods, verifying accuracy, and supporting periodic inventories in a healthcare environment.

The position is full-time in Colorado, with a focus on maintaining an efficient supply chain and ensuring stock levels meet facility

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum six months previous work experience in a service/supply setting.
• Experience working with computerized inventory systems is highly desired.
• Prior healthcare setting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility inventory and assist with ordering and distribution.
• Keep accurate records of procurements and distributions.
• Receive goods, verify accuracy and condition, and process for shipment as needed.
• Analyze inventory reports to identify auto-replenishment needs and schedule orders.
• Provide inventory reports to Purchasing/Supply Manager and assist with audits.
• Conduct regular physical inventories and maintain tidy storerooms.
