O&M Halyard is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor responsible for overseeing all inventory control activities at the assigned distribution center. This role includes providing daily direction to the inventory control team and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in inventory management and will manage the overall coordination of physical inventories. This position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of leadership experience required.
• One to three years of inventory control experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight and accountability to all inventory control processes.
• Supervises the distribution center inventory control team.
• Collaborates with Inventory Control Process Leader for procedural improvements.
• Manages physical inventories for assigned distribution centers.
