Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of related experience, or 6+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with inventory control and stockroom operations.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees under their direct responsibility and conduct performance reviews.
• Monitor stockroom operations to ensure timely and accurate issuance of materials.
• Maintain compliance with DoD regulations, export control laws, and company policies.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve stockroom processes and reduce errors.
• Coordinate with production, inventory, and scheduling teams for seamless material flow.
• Prepare and analyze stockroom reports to identify trends and improve metrics.
• Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation of discrepancies.
• Ensure proper handling and documentation of hazardous materials, if applicable.
