Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Stockroom Supervisor in Salt Lake City to oversee inventory control, storage, cycle counting, and training. You will establish procedures, troubleshoot discrepancies, and support manufacturing with timely material flow.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with several years of related experience or a graduate degree with relevant experience. DoD/export controls familiarity is a plus and a security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4+ years of related experience; graduate degree with 2+ years is preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Familiarity with DoD regulations and export controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise stockroom staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure timely and accurate material issuance to support manufacturing schedules.
• Maintain compliance with DoD regulations and company policies.
• Improve stockroom processes to reduce handling times and errors.
• Coordinate with production, inventory, and scheduling teams for smooth material flow.
• Prepare stockroom reports to identify trends and improve metrics.
