Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of college in accounting, logistics or statistics preferred.
• Two years of experience in warehouse inventory control systems.
• Certification in operation of power equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, leadership and time management.

Responsibilities

• Establish and track product movement throughout the facility (shipments, recalls, close dates, adjustments).
• Conduct daily inventory counts in dry grocery and perishable warehouses and adjust balances.
• Manage flow of product to/from outside storage to meet demand.
• Supervise inventory control staff and shift coverage; set workloads and evaluate performance.
• Communicate inventory issues to management and partners to maintain adequate levels.
• Maintain TRICES systems to improve efficiency, reduce costs and increase productivity.
