Job summary

Bergen Logistics is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to oversee inventory management in the distribution center, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth flow of goods across the supply chain.

You will lead inventory control staff, coordinate with customer service and sales teams, and implement storage layouts to maximize space. Strong WMS/ERP experience and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role in a logistics/3PL environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management processes and regulations.
• Proficiency with WMS, ERP software, and MS Office.
• English communication skills; Spanish preferred but not required.
• Excellent leadership and supervisory abilities with team development focus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all inventory items (receiving, storing, shipping).
• Use CloudX WMS to manage stock levels effectively.
• Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between system and counts.
• Optimize inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing carrying costs.
• Generate inventory reports and provide insights to management.
