Yanmar Compact Equipment North America, Inc. in Grand Rapids, MN is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to establish cycle count plans, analyze discrepancies, and implement improvements.

You will coordinate with materials, engineering, manufacturing, purchasing and finance to rectify counts and drive accuracy across the organization. The role requires experience in inventory management and ERP systems, strong Excel skills, and the ability to lead a small team.

Qualificações

• Experience in manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Inventory Management, Finance and Internal Controls.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret corporate guidelines.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures; present information clearly.

Responsabilidades

• - Supervise cycle counters.
• - Assure departmental compliance with policy.
• - Complete planned cycle counts and adjustments to maintain accurate records.
• - Update templates & reporting requirements; perform root-cause analysis of discrepancies.
• - Lead inventory accuracy improvement projects; coordinate quarterly cycle counts.
• - Troubleshoot issues and develop corrective actions; support audits and year-end processes.
• - Define processes relating to inventory control; collaborate with Production Control & Finance.
• - Balance negative inventory and coordinate with auditors for yearly audits.
