Imperial Brady is seeking an Inventory Control Lead to supervise a team of 4–5 associates, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive cycle counts across the facility.

This day-shift role (Mon–Fri, 6:00am–2:30pm) emphasizes collaboration with other departments to improve controls and resolve discrepancies, with growth opportunities in a large North American distributor.

This is a DAY shift position and the schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm, or until the daily work is completed.

You Will

• Lead inventory control and accuracy for the facility
• Lead a team of 4 to 5 Inventory Control Associates, provide staff development and training

You Have

• 1+ years of direct inventory control experience, ideally in distribution operations
• 1+ years of lead or related experience
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Experience with warehouse equipment and warehouse management systems
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
