Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee daily inventory control staff and ensure adequate material levels. The role focuses on evaluating inventory needs and implementing strategies to meet overall objectives.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree. SAP or WMS experience is preferred, and forklift experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in inventory control or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Implements inventory management strategies to meet objectives across safety, productivity, quality, customer service, cost and profitability.
• Directs staffing, training, and performance management to develop inventory management function.
• Manages and tracks product inventories including WIP, finished goods, and aged inventories to ensure financial reconciliation and accuracy.
• Directs daily activities including cycle counts, audits, damaged material management, and waste tracking/disposal.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives for inventory management processes and information flow.
• Prepares and reviews required business reports.
