Menasha Corporation is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee daily inventory control staff and ensure adequate material levels. The role focuses on evaluating inventory needs and implementing strategies to meet overall objectives.
The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree. SAP or WMS experience is preferred, and forklift experience is beneficial.

Supervises the daily activities of the inventory control staff. Ensures adequate levels of material and/or product inventories are maintained. Responsible for evaluating inventory needs and implementing strategies to meet those needs.
The following duties are normal for this position. The incumbent may perform some or all of these duties however; it is not an exclusive or all-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned.
High School Diploma or Equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required.
Knowledge of and ability to use and influence organization's policies, standards and procedures guiding manufacturing processes. Knowledge of strategies and tools for controlling and optimizing the factors that lie between the purchase of raw materials and delivery of finished products. Ability to effectively manage the business relationship and transactions with the suppliers of raw materials or product components. Knowledge of the issues and considerations for effectively managing local or distributed inventories of raw materials, work in progress and finished goods. Knowledge of the processes, tools and operational considerations for effective and efficient movement of goods and materials throughout the manufacturing cycle. Knowledge of the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing plant or facility. Must have Stand-Up Forklift Experience. Prior SAP or WMS experience preferred.
Primarily works in a production and/or warehouse setting with time also spent in an office setting. Frequent walking and standing required. Occasional travel required. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
