Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead the inventory control team, ensure accurate records, and reconcile discrepancies in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will implement procedures to meet commitments, drive continuous improvement, train staff, and uphold company policies while coordinating with 3PL partners.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of supervisory experience (preferred)
  • 2 years of related experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, potentially weekends
  • Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment (preferred)
  • Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience (preferred)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
  • Conditional-offer recipients may be required to pass a pre-employment drug test
