Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a warehouse operations supervisor to oversee inventory control and warehouse activities in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure safe, efficient performance, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive excellent service for customers.

You will lead staffing, coach and develop the team, enforce policies, and pursue continuous improvement to boost productivity and compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

2 years of relevant work experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Experience with computerized scanner equipment.
Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends.
Ability to lift, reach, bend, squat and kneel.
Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods.
Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment preferred.
Warehousing or 3PL experience preferred.
Pre-employment drug testing may be required.

Requirements

Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment
Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field (preferred)
2 years of managerial or supervisory experience (preferred)
Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment (preferred)
Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience (preferred)
May be required to pass a pre-employment drug test after receiving a conditional offer
