Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor in Lithia Springs, GA to lead site inventory control, oversee cycle counts and annual physical inventories, and drive accuracy across multiple warehouse locations.

You will coach clerks, coordinate schedules, review variances, and partner with Operations to reduce errors while assuring compliance with customer requirements and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (Manhattan/JDA/SAP) is required.
• Ability to analyze root causes and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer inventory control accuracy and compliance with service levels.
• Maximize site inventory processes and system utilization for accuracy.
• Lead cycles counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation of variances.
• Monitor inventory audits and drive continuous improvement.
• Supervise inventory clerks and provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Create schedules and allocate resources to meet demand.
