Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is hiring an Inventory Control Supervisor to maintain inventory accuracy, data integrity, audit controls, and optimal stock levels while leading the inventory team in Saint Charles. You will oversee daily counts, monthly wall-to-wall inventories, variances investigations, and reconciliation, while ensuring adherence to check-in/out procedures, GMP and allergen controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of work experience required.
• Two years supervision or leadership experience preferred.
• Prior experience in warehouse or inventory required.
• Intermediate computer application skills including inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, staffing, training, scheduling and development of the inventory team; monitor timekeeping and payroll accuracy.
• Oversee daily counts and monthly wall-to-wall inventories; investigate variances and issue resolutions.
• Ensure warehouse compliance including check-in/out, audits, bin maintenance, and proper product rotation.
• Communicate with sales, distribution and route settlement to address stock issues and variances.
• Maintain safety and a compliant work environment.
