Job summary

PFG Customized in Gainesville, FL is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to manage receiving, storage, rotation, and transfer of goods within the warehouse. You will oversee staff, coordinate with brokers and manufacturers, and ensure inventory accuracy and freshness while controlling shrink.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) required.
• At least 1 year of experience in inventory control/management or related area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates including staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.
• Ensure products are received correctly, not damaged or out of code, and properly stored with rotation for freshness.
• Determine acceptance/refusal of damaged/out-of-code products and process credits/returns with suppliers.
• Oversee daily cycle counts and adjust schedules based on items, suppliers, and issues.
• Use warehouse systems to manage inventory levels and maximize storage efficiency.
• Maintain slot locations and warehouse layout for productivity and accuracy.
• Monitor transfers of products to other locations and perform related duties.
