PFG Customized Distribution, a unit of Performance Food Group, seeks an Inventory Supervisor to manage receiving, storage, rotation and transfer of products in a warehouse. You will ensure freshness, control shrink, maintain slot locations and warehouse layout, and coordinate with brokers and manufacturers to disposition slow or outdated stock.
You will lead staff, monitor cycle counts, and use the system to optimize inventory levels, reporting, and accuracy.

Position Purpose:
Responsible for managing inventory through the proper receiving, storage, rotation and transfer of product within the warehouse or to internal and/or external locations. Ensures control on all merchandise being handled both for freshness and loss (shrink) and ongoing maintenance of slot locations and warehouse layout, as well as the coordination of brokers and manufacturers in the process of dispositioning slow or outdated product. Manages assigned staff to ensure accurate inventories are maintained at all times. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Required Education: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
Required Experience: 1 year experience within Inventory control / management or related area
Preferred Education: Associates/2-year technical ; Business management, logistics or related area
Preferred Experience: 4 - 6 Years ; Inventory control / management within foodservice industry. Supervisory experience
Preferred Professional Certification(s): OSHA Forklift operator certificate
