Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a subsidiary of TD SYNNEX, seeks an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead a production-facing team, ensuring accurate inventory, KPI achievement, and smooth movement of materials through MPS. The role demands hands-on supervision, strong communication, and willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will roll up feedback from customers, disseminate requirements, and drive predefined processes while coordinating with cross-functional teams to support delivery

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in inventory control or a similar role.
• Experience in a production environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inventory control team for a large-volume production facility.
• Ensure the team meets KPIs and maintains accurate inventory reports.
• Maintain inventory processes, reporting, and confirmation structures.
• Escalate issues related to production schedules or customer requirements.
• Communicate daily with the team to ensure clear work requirements.
