Job summary

You will implement strategies to meet safety, productivity, and profitability objectives, direct staffing and training, and manage cycles counts, audits and finished goods inventory to support financial accuracy and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years of inventory or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Knowledge of inventory control processes and manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Implements inventory management strategies to assure company objectives in safety, productivity, quality, customer service, cost and profitability.
• Directs staffing, training, and performance management to develop and improve inventory management function.
• Manages and tracks product inventories, providing direction on work in process, finished goods and aged inventories to assure financial reconciliation and inventory integrity.
• Directs and prioritizes the daily activities including job packet review, cycle counts, audits, damaged material management, and waste tracking and disposal.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives for inventory management process and information flow.
• Prepares and reviews required business reports.
