Qualifications

• Minimum of High School diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience in a distribution, transportation or warehouse environment.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office; ability to create and manipulate reports in Excel.
• Working knowledge of WMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Inventory Control workflows on the shift and supervise up to 10 associates.
• Analyze and report on inventory control performance and notify management of risks.
• Coordinate with Corporate Office, Stores and Distribution Center Management to resolve issues.
• Lead cycle counts, physical inventories and storage planning to optimize productivity.
• Ensure compliance with Distribution Center policies and procedures.
